Terms of Service

By using KaruImg, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the product or other users.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity that happens under your account.

Saved presets, billing state, and entitlement features are tied to the signed-in account used for purchase.

Paid subscriptions are sold and processed through Creem as merchant of record. Checkout, tax handling, payment processing, and billing-related receipts may be handled by Creem under Creem’s buyer terms and checkout flow.

Subscription features may include larger limits, saved presets, folder upload, ZIP workflows, commercial use, or other paid capabilities shown on the pricing page.

You can cancel renewals through the billing portal. If a subscription is set to cancel at period end, access remains available through the paid billing period unless stated otherwise.

We may suspend or revoke paid access for chargebacks, disputes, fraud, payment reversals, prohibited activity, or material violations of these terms.

KaruImg, its software, branding, and site content are owned by KaruImg or its licensors.

You keep rights to content you upload or process. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the files you submit.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaruImg is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
