Refund Policy

Short rules for cancellations, renewals, duplicate charges, and when subscription refunds may be approved.

This policy applies to KaruImg subscriptions sold by Creem as merchant of record for KaruImg.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription renewal from the billing portal at any time.

When canceled at period end, access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period and then does not renew.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

We generally consider a refund if you contact us within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase and the service could not be materially used because of a reproducible technical issue that support could not resolve.

Renewal charges are generally not refundable once the new billing period has started, except where required by law or where we agree that a billing error occurred.

Duplicate charges and mistaken purchases

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase or believe you were billed in error, contact us promptly at hello@karuimg.com.

Confirmed duplicate or mistaken charges may be refunded in full.

Chargebacks and disputes

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed through the payment method provider, paid access may be suspended or revoked while the issue is reviewed.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Creem. Depending on payment method and bank timing, refunded funds may take several business days to appear.
